Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 2026-08-18
If you are a California resident (or a resident of another state with a similar law), you can ask Sprucesela not to sell or share your personal information, including forwarding your request to the network of lenders we work with.
What happens if you opt out
Because matching you with a lender is the entire purpose of this Site, opting out here generally means we can no longer forward your loan request to our network going forward. It does not affect anything a lender already contacted you about before you opted out — that relationship is between you and them directly.
How to submit a request
Email us at the address below with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share Request," and include your name and the email or phone number you used (if any) when submitting a request, so we can locate and action it. We may follow up to verify your identity before completing the request. See our California Privacy Notice for the full list of related rights.
